Quality Management System
Our quality management system enables us to achieve, sustain and improve quality economically. The system allows for the planning, organising, and controlling of our organisation's productive process to eliminate factors that might prevent productivity and innovation, reduce profits, and, most importantly, prevent it from delivering satisfactory services to our clients. The quality system adopted by Waylink International Services Limited takes into account the specialised services it provides and considers the need to adhere to the required international professional standards.
Quality Assurance Policy Statement:
Quality Assurance, BS 5750/ISO 9000, is defined in BS4778 as: ‘All those planned and systematic actions necessary to provide adequate confidence that a service will satisfy given requirements for quality.’ Hence, our definition for quality is ‘Conformance with Requirements’, with the aim of understanding fully our client’s requirements before project commencement and executing the project in conformance with those requirements.
We are aware that survey operations often take place in unfavourable and stressful working conditions, where service quality is difficult to sustain and where even momentary lack of attention to safe working practices may lead to serious personal injury. It is our policy that quality is integrated into the fabric of our business. We are concerned not just with improving the internal work process but also with broad organisational and cultural changes necessary to achieve a continuous performance improvement. Quality is the responsibility of all personnel within our organisation.
Our definition of quality is therefore conformance with requirements, with the aim of understanding fully clients' requirements before project commencement and executing the project in conformance with these requirements. Non-conformance to quality cost money and damages reputation. This commitment to quality is our guiding principle in all our services. Our Goal is to provide high-quality services to our clients. We
achieve this because we are taught to check, check and check again until we are confident of our results. We always make redundant observations just to be sure that we got it right the first time.
Policy Statement:
In view of the sensitive nature of our services, we hereby assure our clients that our services are rendered with the utmost high standard of work ethics, in order to achieve positive and reliable results that will meet our clients’ satisfaction. We provide our services based on the commitment and trustworthiness of our Staff and Management in the organisation. To achieve our requirements and meet the required specifications of projects, we adopt:
Total Quality Management (TQM) Technique, which implies; On-site Data Capture, and drafting before demobilisation.
Quality Assurance Commitment:
Our company is concerned not just with the improvement of internal work processes, but also with the broad organisational and cultural change crucial to achieving a continuous performance improvement. Quality is the responsibility of all staff in our company. Therefore, commitment to quality is the cornerstone of all our services.
